Agreement

By using startahomecare.com or buying the Home Care / Medicaid Waiver Startup Pack, you agree to these terms and to the disclosures and privacy pages. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the files.

The product

Digital products sold through this site include:

  • Home Care / Medicaid Waiver Startup Pack (v1.0) — a one-time $199 digital download of Markdown templates (checklists, SOP drafts, worksheets, logs, and an owner ebook under 00_Ebook/). v1.0 does not include spreadsheet / Sheets trackers as a deliverable.
  • Start a Home Care Agency: The Owner’s First 90 Days — a $19 digital ebook (also included inside the $199 pack).

These materials are sold for education and internal planning. They are not legal, tax, medical, nursing, employment, or regulatory advice; not attorney-drafted; not CMS-approved; and not filing-ready state or federal applications. No license, enrollment, or revenue results are promised.

License

After purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize the files for your own entity’s internal planning. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the pack as a competing template product.

Checkout

Gumroad is the transaction of record for Gumroad checkouts. Etsy is the transaction of record for Etsy checkouts. Their terms apply to payment, delivery, and chargebacks. See refunds.

No warranties

The site and files are provided as-is. We do not warrant that they meet any agency’s requirements or that use will produce a license, enrollment, caseload, or revenue. You are responsible for verifying rules with your state agency and licensed advisors before you apply, hire, bill, or provide services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make using educational templates. Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that digital product.
