Our product stance

Because the product is digital and immediately downloadable, refunds are generally limited once the file has been accessed — except where required by law or Gumroad (or Etsy) policy.
If a file is corrupt or the wrong product was delivered, contact us with your Gumroad receipt and we will help replace the correct download.
Dissatisfaction with outcomes (license decisions, enrollment, revenue) is not a refund basis: the pack is templates/education only and does not guarantee results.
